Thoroughly disappointed with their customer service yesterday. I hope no one will experience what my mom and I went through with them. Despite being regulars at their Angsana outlet for 2 years, booking 2 days in advance with the boss and updating them when we were running late due to causeway jam, we arrived and they refused to commit to the original booking we had. Julia is the manager there and she disrespectfully and rudely told us off and wanted us to follow what changes she planned, blaming us for being late. She claimed they had another customer coming already. Boss sided with her claiming she assumed we were going to the Larkin outlet when I specifically inform boss over Whatsapp message that I'm going to Angsana and then ignored us. I would advise looking for other massage shops instead.

My favouritest place for massage, this is the only massage place in Jb (and Singapore) to provide hot pillow and cool eye mask during massage session. My favourite therapist is Kak Ana.
