Staff , Malay lady served me very well. She was friendly & helpful. I went in nearly 10 she still welcomed me . This kind of staff must be appreciated.

Aldo JPO - The malay lady (without headscarf) was very inattentive and not even a smile. Maybe she was tired but acting as if i was asking for the shoes for free wasnt necessary.

Worst customer service ever. Not sure the staff's are racist or lazy! A word for a question and not even looking at customer when reply. Rude attitude! This store has good collections but some have defects and the response to it is definitely poor! The malay women without headscarf is extreme rude! Hope the owner look into this.

The customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive. The staff stand like robots, and when I ask a question, the girl simply nods. If you dislike your job, don't let it affect the happy customers about to enter your store.
