Try to order few drinks from the menu, all they reply is we don’t have it or discontinued. Perhaps you should consider changing your menu instead of wasting people’s time. Btw the staff’s attitude didn’t seem good as well

The service was very poor. I waited for nearly 1 hour for my drink. There were not many customers at that time! While I was waiting, I saw a young waitress chatting and playing over there. I suspect they were a couple! Other employees were washing cups, and she was pouring milk tea over there, and she also mixed some tap water. She was very casual at work! He just wanted to get off work!

order drinks here twice. The staff always give me wrong drinks. I order jasmine green MILK TEA and they key in jasmine FRESH MILK TEA!! First time I order using mandarin, second time using english to order, the staff still can key in wrong. I now suspect they did it on purpose to earn more money from customer.🙃 Not recommended!!

bad service .there was very slow I from 6.58pm order then I get my drink at 7.26. There was not much people buying. When I waiting I saw their crew keep playing around especially a couple . And also I saw them when there make the drink no enough one cup there mix water into the drink.
