Poor service. Your staff is surely rude! I asking for a stick, to eat a choco eclairs stick. They said stick is out of stock?! Hence they asked me to eat the eclairs bare hand? I asked tomorrow doest hve stick too? They said yes?!. Its a waste brand new kiosk if you have surely a rude, lazy staff or team. Date: 29 Oct 2024 - 7.15pm

The waiter seemed a bit indifferent, and wouldn't accept cash! Is it because the staff might steal money, so they don't accept cash? Despite these unsatisfactory experiences, the food was still delicious.

Actually is happening in Aeon Tebrau. 5 workers in a store and work like a snail, all keep joking and chit chatting. Infront only 5customers I que for 15mins. Even the stock still really a lot and a lot.

Horrible pretzels unlike other auntie anne branches. Super cold and rubbery. Avoid this branch at all cost to not have your Auntie Anne's experience ruined
