Lack lustre service. Bought a seaweed pretzel and it was DRY. Not like the usual we had in singapore. disappointing. Plus, very annoying that they dont take cash.

I've read other reviews that said the pretzels at this outlet are thinner than other places. Had my doubts so I tried it- they were right. Pretzels here are thinner for some reason. Flavour wise they're the same as everywhere else. …

Was surprised to see that only few items on the menu are available (about 3-4 options only) considering the shop’s closing time is 10pm and we were there at 8.45pm. We only managed to buy the Sausage Rolls as all other pretzels/ items are sold out for the day.

The server was very friendly and answered my questions about ingredients competently. He seemed to share my excitement at my first time trying a real pretzel! It was so good! I wish we had them back home..

I bought 5 pieces of cinamon sugar at Aunty Annie City Sq JB. When i reach home, my daughter told me y the taste so weird and i take a look at it.. To my surprise all 5 pieces are burnt n when u eat it you can fell the taste so different. Feel dissapointed with the service as now they also go cashless..
