I couldn't find the book I'm looking for. But managed to buy books for my sister. Ground staff were nice and helpful but the cashier lady (young lady in her twenties i think) needs to treat customers nicely. We buy the books not for free!

Saw customer Arguing with the staff. It seems that the staff(male) kept on talking back . Eventhough he doesn't sound loud but the answers are all sarcastic manners. Please do it your customer service in a appropriate manners..
