Bad service, gave me dirty shoes. They said why is it like this? They said no one uses it, you wipe it yourself. Is this how the service is? Still doing the work yourself. Just ask for suggestions for shoes. Then ask for size. That's it. β¦

Helpful staff. Cost wise Bata is around 20% cheaper in JB compared to Singapore.

Helpful staff and nice selection. Typical Bata styles and reasonable prices. For those new to Bata, they do not carry half sizes.

The service of the Malay female clerk was better. When I said I wanted a new pair of shoes and found that one pair had defects, I asked the Malay male uncle, but he casually said that the shoes were defective and there were only two pairs left. I came to buy new ones, not second-hand ones!
