I have a been a regular since they opened. Unfortunately I noticed the cafe food quality and customer service is just poor and not improving. The grocer is basically selling premium items but forgot to train or hire properly. You can't sell premium with substandard customer services. What a let down.

It's a high end supermarket but it didn't have my favorite body gel soap named Baylis and Harding. BIG even has a Waitrose but no Baylis and Harding soap. The Waitrose in England carried that brand.
