First time writing Google review.Have bad experience here! So rude! That lady staff! That is very bad manners, these lady are not suitable to work as customer service. Highly suggest parcel connect to put them just in backend warehouse ! Just don't put them at front desk if they don't even know how to treat customer politely!

Highly recommend the only place left in this JB Sentral vicinity whereby SG and MY wants to order items in Malaysia and would like to then pick it up before going back into SG.

Shopee collection point in R&F mall, Johor Bahru, beside JB CIQ, there is a pedestrian bridge connecting CIQ and this R&F mall. You will need to key in the 6-digit self collection pins using the keypad on the counter. The lady gave us the parcel swiftly and also helped us to throw away the box, a plus point.

Shoppe collection was fast and efficient in air conditioned outlet. Google map location is wrong. Located along the road beside 7-11.
