Very bad service at Toppen Shopping mall (Dunkin Donuts) I bought 6 donuts + 1 coffee. After I make payment, the staff say no paper bag or plastic bag for me to put the 6 donuts. I have to hold the donuts BOX to walk half day at Toppen.

I had the Original glaze immediately after purchase just beside the shop. It was Awful in taste. Very soggy on the outside, dry inside. Staffs here seem disoriented in getting customers and all looks tired.

It’s same like other dunkin donuts. Coffee is average but donuts are great. This place also have chairs to sit down. Service are ok. I noticed they didn’t serve sandwiches, maybe for now it’s not available.
