I asked the staff if their chicken rice was Hainanese chicken rice (white chicken) and they said yes. It turned out to be regular chicken rice. Not Hainanese. If you ask/say, it's not a joke, all things are true.

The prolonged wait of almost an hour for our food was already disappointing. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the male staff at the front counter made the experience even more unacceptable.

It used to be really good, all the male staff had no courtesy, the service was really bad, the water maker was really a failure‼️
