There was a young man I spoke to who completely ignored me. I bought things from you, and the salesperson ignored me, wouldn't answer my questions, and ignored me as well. My girlfriend bought things and I paid for them; please show some respect.

This Eu Yan Sang store has terrible service! It's like they have staff on duty but no one at all! Do they think you don't need to be attended to if you don't buy expensive or large items?
