Male staff bad attitude, stale buttery popcorn. Tbh, TGV's taste better.

Went there yesterday. Bought couple of garrets. Awful customer services. Unfriendly. Seems like the folks working there uninterested in serving the customers. In fact, seems that they dont want to be there. Try to inquiry on the products details. But it was dead silent. Only couple of words exchange. Don't want to go there again.

The man staff who shift at 28/12/2024 around 16.00 utc very rude and disrespectful, shouting people when he ask what size for buying. Maybe he is son of owner Garret :)

Do not buy from this store! I bought a large bag of caramel macadamia popcorn. It costs me RM55. I saw the staff kept scooping the area without macadamia nuts . I spotted some nuts and pointed to him to scoop some for me. He refused. …

Bought butter flavour but it is stale and not crispy. Told the staff and they said that is normal. Not going back again for overpriced and bad food.

The cheesecorn was strangely tasteless, and not savoury. I’ve been a fan of the cheesecorn but this is the first time I’ve eaten a pack that didn’t taste like cheesecorn with the lack of flavour… it also looks lighter in colour than the usual cheesecorn were used to
