Got *every* part of my order wrong and charged me for it, then told me there's nothing he can do to change it as he didn't know how. So then I'm paying for something I don't want? Terrible service

order hot sea salt caramel machiato but i got ice instead, and my cookies cream i pay for an extra caramel sauce but i didnt get the sauce, this is not the first time i got my order wrong from here.
