Panadol has been in short supply due to high demand for covid related symptoms. I found the panadol in stock here when it is out of stock at the Watsons just next door. Prices here are usually competively priced against Watsons's. For example, Essence of Chicken x18 ( Watsons about RM90, here about RM86)
