During our visit, my friends and I encountered unsatisfactory service from one of your staff members, Ms. Jia Yee. While my friend’s husband was making a purchase, we later realised that my friend held a member card and birthday month voucher. Upon inquiry, the staff informed us that the voucher could not be applied, which we accepted. However, when we requested to key in the membership number instead, Ms. Jia Yee dismissed our request without consideration. From our past experiences at other HLA outlets, member details can usually be entered manually — hence, we were surprised by this inconsistency. Furthermore, my friend’s husband observed that the staff appeared unwilling to serve him and placed the selected clothes aside, as if intentionally avoiding the sale. When I requested Ms. Jia Yee’s name for reference, she initially covered her name tag to conceal her identity. Such behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on service quality and customer satisfaction.

5/7/25, sunday. Bought a pair of pants and asked for alteration. Staff told me alteration have but can't be ready today just because today is sunday? Isn't customer service all abt making it possible for the customers? Tat is disappointing as a royal customer.
