Horrible experience. This was such a scam. Although you pay buy per room but they limit the number of people allowed in a room! That just mean you're buying by per pax. We came with 9 people and the deluxe is definitely enough to fit 9 people yet they forced us to pay for the VIP room which can literally fit 15 people ??!! Unreasonable at all! The mics were oily and the room had such a strong cigarette smell. We feedback about it and all they did was to spray some air freshener that helped for 10 sec. More could have been done to air the room and make the room clean and comfortable.

Solid sound system for the big VIP Room that came with 4 top quality wireless microphones. Nice lighting and comfortable ambiance. We paid MYR100 per hours excluding 8% SST for a Sat night. A family karaoke that closed at 3am on Sat. It deserves a better rating than 3.5.
