I made countless phone calls and waited for a month but still got no results. I can't find any other way to describe the efficiency except slow! The staff has no integrity! The documents that were promised to be sent have been waiting and waiting! Wasting other people's time!

Made appt 1 week in advance for a simple signing. When reached, person in charge not even in. They took 1hr just to prepare the documents for us to sign.
