Excellent service by Staff Iqram! He was extremely patient, friendly, and went the extra mile to help me and my family find the right baju raya colours and sizes. Truly kind and attentive throughout the whole experience. Highly recommended to visit Khatam!

Went to this outlet to purchase an Eid set for my Dad. Material is cooling and comfortable, with many colours available. Was promptly and politely served by Adri, who went out of his way to help. Even checking the clothes measurements to make sure that it fits! Such a pleasant shopping experience here.

The customer service is fantastic. Puteri went out of her way to ensure that I am served and tried her best to get the items I needed. Will be back for sure. Not forgetting that the material of the baju are very cooling and sewn well.
