First time at the Tebrau outlet. Had to make sure my kids are suitably engaged. Missed my Q no. but was attended immediately once i returned to outlet. Therapist was gentle and extraction was done without any pain. Face felt super clean afterwards. I was attended by Cassie. Thank you once again.

My second time trying this out. First time was great but today the therapist must be having a bad day. She was really rough & the whole experience was painful not soothing. My face became so red. Definitely not coming back to this place.
