We recently purchased a coffee machine for our company use, and I would like to give special thanks to Siti for her excellent service. From the beginning, she showed great professionalism in introducing and explaining the different coffee machine options to us. Although the model we wanted was not on display initially, Siti went the extra mile by contacting the supplier to ensure we could get our preferred machine on time. She even prepared written notes for us so that we could easily learn how to use the machine properly. Her prompt responses and helpful attitude made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
