Service very poor. Staff is extremely rude. Shouted at me and said “Close the lid!”. When I explained my both hands were full and asked if she can help, she said “That’s you responsibility to close the lid!”. I was not aware that as a customer, I have the responsibility with the bakery when I just innocently walk in to buy a bread.

Yesterday, I visited the Paradigm Mall branch and discovered a significant infestation of flies in the bakery case.
