BAD SERVICE and Not satisfied at all. The yogurt presentation was very bad and looked sloppy. The kiwi was clearly not fresh, which affected the taste badly. IIao IIao is usually known for quality, but this experience was disappointing.

Went on a Friday night and there was no queue maybe because there were 2-3 staff there to help with the huge crowd. All was good and quality was similar to other outlets. Would return to this outlet.

NAJWA the staff who was there on Saturday, 05 April around 12:18PM was very unfriendly, unapproachable, grumpy, and rude! She shouldnt be there otherwise you will lose clients!

Hello first of all i didn’t know that laolllao in ksl untill i accidentally walked there. So now i dont need to q at aeon tebrau or midvalley there just for the laollao kudos !!

This is my most favorite dessert, evertime we visit KSL or JB this is what i want to eat first. But the place has no dine in area sad but it’s ok still the best for me.
