I order many times here..They give us good service.. Fast order and the good also still warm.Other from that, they also accept order for party at school and they treats the kids bery well..Thank you for Mr.Faizal the branch manager for the good service

3 staffs available at counter but everyone facing kitchen all the time. Nobody face the front to greet customer or ready to take order/ listen to complain/ request. Wonder what is Marrybrown customer service SOP.

Slow service, foods are not enough. Where’s the manager during this shift? Takkan la before lunch hour tak standby makanan siap2? Plus this is school holiday, mesti ramai orang. Service dah la slow, expedite depan ni cuma 2 orang???? Come on waiting list tu ramai lagi, tambah la staff duty on weekend urghhhh 😑😑😑 …
