Money changer was recommended from Singaporean people and i believed this company provided affordable money exchanges rates Mall in JB so far i seen. This is not my first time visiting at Paradigm Mall, unfortunately this place are very difficult for us to find located at “basement” beside escalator. Only certain area shown sign direction to this shop. And i visit yesterday, the staff only person working and i ask “you working alone” the workers said another staff to go toilet. Why every weekend i came only 1,2 staff working? My suggestion is management should discuss to move the shop into strategic places easy for customers to find especially senior citizen and hiring staff on weekend/peak season to facilitate customer affairs quickly and avoid long que and waiting. Anyways the staff very polite treating customers even handling many customers. I hope to see improvements for my next visit. Thanks!

Great place to exchange...most of the time, they have the currency i need and if not can request to them and they manage to source it in 1 or 2 days.Great staff, good exchange rate if bargain can get better rates even staff will guide on the process if exchange large amount. Kudos to staff Zubaidah.

I've been told to go to a mall to sell off foreign notes, so I went here. Other places probably not so picky about rejecting USD and EURO notes like this place does. I hate it. Disappointing.

The rates are so lousy! Cut throat rate for MYR to SGD. Google shows 3.48, their rate is 3.42?!?! That's a lot lesser!
