Stores only have around 6 people inside, and they made everyone queue outside. Really bad service. Understand you need to control crowd, but your store size is big enough to accommodate more people.

I don't mind the long queue. Patience is half of faith. What's important is good service from the staff. All the staff treat me well even though sometimes I don't buy.

Friendly staffs. Almost never have to queue to enter unlike other stores. Wide selection of products and good promotion/offers. They also provide some benches to sit on for a tired entourage. One of the mandatory store to visit at Johor Premium Outlet
