Very bad service. Booked an appointment prior but was told to wait longer and come back. No courtesy to call back and update the timing. Came twice for their service. Disappointing .

Very bad service! I waited for more than 30 minutes, and the staff didn’t attend to me at all after I told the boss I wanted a manicure and pedicure. Please be more friendly and attentive to your customers. I thought things would have improved after so many years since my last visit, but it’s still the same. Very disappointing!
