Wanted to renew car driving licence and was told by the officer that it is out of stock. How long need to wait? Officer replied : not sure it has been out of stock for more than one and half month .... Come on!

Very bad experience in this branch.The staffs are too lazy and unwilling to serve you. I will never visit this branch again. To the owner, just close down the store if you couldn’t train your staff well. Please! You are wasting other people time

4 counter and only 1 active....if u are urgent no need to come .waste of time. Only 2 number and it takes more than 40 min and still waiting

Renewed Driver’s License was so convenient! The staff (Saddam) was very polite, helpful, efficient & very knowledgeable about his work. TQ!

I would like say thanks to the staff named ita for giving us good service with good attitude.talking soft n nicely to guest and remind us to be patient and keep social distancing even on that time the system down for printing number.so all guest need to queue manually..once again thanks for being good customer service
