Rude management. Dh transferred money for weeks but didn't receive it. Call not picked up. No inform transaction file. At the end the IC got blocked because of their mistake. Bad service

My experience staffs are friendly, they take a lot of it, at JB Sentral it's cheaper guys. 100USD gets you RM418.. if here it's RM400

The hijab-wearing staff is crazy rude.. my mom just asked about the money since this is our first time traveling overseas.. and then she made a face and slammed the counter shut in front of my mom.. she treats us like we are foreigners.

Horrible rate 2.90 ringgit if you want to sell Singapore dollar. Change my 6 singappre dollar and receive 17.40RM. The real rate in website is 3.52 ringgit for singapore dollar.I dont recommend to go here and i think i got Scam
