I buy pizza on 23 November 2025 13:55pm, a slim malay young guy with black shirt as a receptionist attitude is very bad and rude. He show a cibai face to every customer and tear pizza by using his finger, this is against the food hygiene rules, i will report this case to relevant department.

I came to collect my order after 15 minutes at Pezzo JB City Square , and the Hawaiian pizza packed was burned . I was speechless & disappointed upon this realisation. Their service was not up to standard and it showcases a strong sense of dishonesty from their staff.

Had a single slice of chicken pizza (not the hot sauce one) packed for takeaway. I requested the cashier to heat it and was told it was fresh out of the own. Post 10 min at my hotel room, the pizza was still hot. The pizza was hot, had lots of cheese, base was soft (not burnt or crispy), and the taste of chicken and the seasoning was good. Would have loved to have oregano seasoning, but was great without it too. For Myr9.5, it seemed pricey for a takeaway outlet, but it was filling as dinner even for me (large appetite than most). Looking for outlets elsewhere if any during my short visit to Malaysia.
