Very good service from the staff here. Forgot to ask for their names. Was here around 5pm plus. Helped us checked the stock for the rectangular glitter boxes and packed it in a box. Very friendly and reassuring too. Will definitely come back again for future purchases.

I arrived at 9.38pm. and your lady staff who is obviously a foreigner standing at the entrance rudely telling me that they are closed?! Not accepting anymore customers. You tell your customers nicely! Not pushing them away like flies!!! Super rude!!!

The not so good: Do see clearly on the wooden n bamboo items, there are thick green moulds growing on the surface, just in case u thought they were cotton designs. …

Nice place but bad attitude worker... my kids just hold a teddy bear to pick which one they want and the old chinese staff from counter said dont touch if dont want to buy..i just cancel to buy anything from here.. bad service...different from others romantika.
