Samsonite is considered a pretty famous brand in the luggage world but this outlet employs the worst salesman: ZERO product knowledge, ZERO interest in serving customer and ZERO interest in selling. I wonder why Samsonite even bother to open there.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Kudos to Ms. Amylia who served me. She was very helpfully and love how she keep smiling when she talking. Went there only want to servey but finally we left the samsonite outlet with two pcs luggage. Thank you Ms. Amylia for making our visit blessed.
