To be honest. The staffs @ksl don't deserve a single star! I was at the counter ready to make payment. Two female staffs were talking loudly, gossiping about another staff! Purely unprofessional! I was planning to buy the festive cookies and cakes, decided to bring the business somewhere else!

This morning in KSL City Mall Season Bakery this employee has very very very bad service. I came to buy a swiss roll for my breakfast and asked if it could be cut. He scolded me and said no. But then another waiter said yes can cut.. why he said couldn’t but another said can? Cuz of lazy? Or what?

Season Bakery offers delicious pastry products. From bread to cake, they have it here. There are choices of flavors as well. Taste of the bread was soft and tasty. The bread was freshly made too. Pricing was standard. Payment could be made by cash and electronic modes. Service was standard.
