Thick batter, not as crispy. not flavourful chicken. Seafood Tempura was soaked in oil and peppery.

I bought chicken at Shihlin Paradigm Mall and the taste is still the same as before, delicious and consistent, which I appreciate. However, they refused to cut the chicken for me, which made it quite difficult to eat. I’m not sure if this is a new SOP, but I really think they should consider customer requests, because not everyone has strong teeth or finds it easy to bite big pieces. It would be much better if they could be flexible and cut the chicken when customers ask, especially when it doesn’t affect the food quality at all. Taste is good, but a little more consideration for customers’ needs would make the experience much better.
