Very Disappointing Experience at This Massage Shop in Johor Bahru – Okay Environment, But Chaotic Service and No Aftercare My experience at this massage shop in JB today was highly disappointing. While the shop environment was fairly clean, the entire service process and staff attitude were seriously lacking. Firstly, the masseuse's technique was very chaotic and followed no logical sequence. It felt like I was being randomly pressed—one moment on the shoulders, then suddenly on the legs—with no professional rhythm or order. This disorganized method not only failed to be relaxing but instead caused discomfort and left me feeling tired. Furthermore, the masseuse was clearly rushing, performing the motions in a hurried manner without any consideration for the customer's comfort. What made it worse were the hygiene details. Used towels were left lying around haphazardly, and even the towel for my head during the massage wasn't handled properly, making the overall experience seem very unprofessional. After the session, I complained to the front desk, but their attitude was utterly indifferent. The staff kept repeating that "the masseuse is inexperienced" and "the person in charge is not here." There was no apology, nor were any solutions offered. It felt like my complaint was just a meaningless formality. This dismissive attitude made me feel my feedback was completely worthless; the entire complaint process was like shouting into a void. In conclusion, this was a very糟糕 (terrible) experience. Everything from the service to the customer aftercare was disappointing. I do not recommend this place for anyone seeking a professional massage or who values good service attitude.... totally 100 percent not recommended...come at your own risk..
