The iced reserve latte is so nice! I also love the caramel cheese donut, i always order it. The staffs are all friendly. Store has relaxed ambiance.

We went on a Saturday. The staff were so busy making Grab orders that a huge queue built up. No one was being served. We waited for 25 minutes. There was no apology or acknowledgement from the staff. Eventually we got fed up with waiting and left without having coffee. Massively disappointing experience.
