The Chinese male employee, who wore glasses, did not offer any basic greetings or welcome to customers upon their entry into the store. He was focused on using his mobile phone throughout the visit, ignoring customers and displaying an extremely cold and unprofessional attitude, which seriously affected the customer experience.
