Cancelling my tuna sandwich without notice is already stupid. Receiving a spilled coffee on top of that makes this even worse. This shows a complete lack of basic service standards.

not familiar with coffeebean but since lately tengok dekat tiktok banyak menu best, wife ajak pergi and unexpectedly amazing ekk. even baru first time pun staffs memang membantu kenalkan their foods ikut preference customer. the one names yan if im not mistaken, u did a great job bro. will definitely repeat here 👍 …

If you were goin to have food menu but informing customers it will be late & ready by 45mins to deter then do not have food menu! Period & just focus on drinks! It was just aglio oilo.

Usual coffee bean in a mall. Relatively small. Food is ok, usual. Good idea to ask about the cream on the frap, and also membership to scan, as courtesy.

I’m shocked when I want to pay cash and the cashier says we not accepted cash , how come I can’t use Malaysia ringgit to buy coffee? Really not understanding can’t use cash some more I tell her I can give the exactly amount the she still show the face to me we not accepted cash…

excellent service! staffs are friendly, efficient and the service is fast. a bit noisy around the cafe but as long as the customer service is okay, everything is okay 😊👌 keep up the good work 😊 …
