The rude attitude of TIMBERLAND JPO staff especially male employees look at people as if they have no money, when asked their face looks like they are about to get angry. When working in that field, they work to serve customers, if you don't want to serve them, don't get involved in that job, find another, when I buy something they give me a plastic garbage bag, they say no paper bags. Even though customers before and after only got paper bags.. all the male salesmen all laughed when I brought a plastic garbage bag. The attitude of the employees can bring down the quality and brand. such employees are not worthy of working there at all. NO ATTITUDE

Store crew and the overall shopping experience is really good. The crew is professional and very understandable. I bought 3 pairs of shoes here + others stuff. Will come again in the nearby future for sure.
