I had a wonderful time purchasing a trenchcoat at Universal Travellers, thank to Usha. She was friendly, knew a lot about the trenchcoats, and Mande sure I found the perfect one. Her great service made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend her!

Usha gave very detailed and attentive service. She was very patient and didn’t hesitate to get stuff from high up al shelves and went to check sizes several times. Nice selection here and good sales prices which she explained as well. Thumbs up 👍 …
