Finally i understand. If you opt for the self collect or postage. You will automatically get the headlight type. If you want the inner windscreen type, have to register and collect at Paradigm level 7. If youre like me and you already postage to yourself. You can cancel on your account, state " wrong rfid" and you state "change to windscreen type". And you pay again (too bad) and opt for collection at paradigm mall level 7. You will get the windscreen type and they can place for you. The ones here were very helpful and patient. From TCSENS, i appreciate their help so much. Awesome service.

Singaporean please remember to bring a photocopy of your passport. Or else be ready to pay RM5 for a copy printed for you. Ridiculous price.

Great service. Fast and efficient. If forget to print the VEP confirmation form & photocopy of passport, have to pay 5 RM each, so total RM10. Drive into the area to install the VEP only after settling it at the counter. They will inform you to bring your car in and install VEP. Staff are polite and quick and clear with instructions. Area is also equipped with fan so isn't too warm.

2h in total to complete. 5pm appointment 7pm done. Take note to print also the receipt of payment (not in the initial instructions) on top of passport and appointment sheet 3 hardcopies they need.... 5rm each copy that they print for you
