Visited the store on 19th Nov 23, around 3pm. The service was very bad. The male stuff (around 30s) ignore my question and didn’t even bother to take down the bag for me to see. I’m actually planning to buy something for myself. Overall bad shopping experience.

Sales Assistant named Jason was rude and unprofessional. Wanted to buy something and asked for paper bag. But Jason cannot confirm whether can give paper bag or not. When asked another SA, the other SA said can give paper bag. Any question was not replied properly by Jason. Please find better SA

I visited this store hoping to try on some shoes, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The staff member we interacted with refused to bring out the sizes we requested, despite us asking multiple times. Instead, he insisted on showing us pictures of the shoes online, as if that could substitute for actually trying them on. Shopping in-store is supposed to provide a hands-on experience, but this visit felt like being redirected to an online catalog. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for real, helpful service.
