I had a happy shopping experience here because of staff name Aliah. I initially came to buy only a few items, but she introduced the pwp items and membership so well that I couldn’t refuse. She has a very good approach and truly won my heart with her service.

We went there for a collection, but the staff’s attitude from the very beginning was rude and impatient. Instead of calmly explaining that the pickup was at another Watsons in the mall beside, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve also noticed other reviews mentioning similar service issues, so this doesn’t seem like an isolated case. Very disappointing experience.

the staff is so lazy, i was IN RUSH and asked whether the item have in the store or not. i asked twice they said NO. i had to find the item myself and they do have the stock. arent yall customer service? why wont u do ur job properly.

I completed my shopping happily with the help of the staff Iman, who was very nice and friendly and waited patiently for me to get cash even though I couldn't pay by credit card the first time. Will definitely come back because of her!
