Rude staff at cashier. Don't even provide plastic big enough for my stuff. Very very disappointing experience. Please educate them regarding customer service before standing behind a counter thanks.

Visited this place for a purchase. Expect for the security guard, the service crew couldn't be bothered. The least expected is to greet their customer and follow-up with what is required rather chatting amongst colleagues which can be done at leisure. Me and my wife had to go shelf-to-shelf to look for the items we wanted which could have been avoided. We wouldn't want to be rude by interrupting the crew chatting away. Got what we wanted and went to the counter to pay. Presented my membership card and was offered promotional items at the counter which was a good thing to do. Just like any other pharmacy, one can get most health care items here.

I reloady touch and go card on sunday 23 sept 2018 but on the next day when i go on the highway, i realised that watson didnt reload for me and have taken my rm100. Good on you, hope karma get you back.
