Girl, I don't know if you are a supervisor or a manager but if you are genuinely love your job pls act like one. If you are not sincere, don't even approach a customer and you will become hostile. I have had many experiences going to Watsons here. I also feel bad many times. I went to my mother here once. Definitely went too far.
