Rude staff. The staff with idk red wolf cut hair. Asking her nicely about a shirt and her respond rude and lazy like that. I ask nicely, you better answer nicely lah. So rude for what? And you sigh when you see people still try clothes.

a bit of a rude manager. its the customer's rights to return their completely damaged-free purchased goods due to lots of reasons (implulse purchase, change of mind etc). he had the audacity to look like im doing something wrong?? u work retail, hence ur working w people in general. fix your attitude pls😅 …
