Really disappointed. Yesterday I came to order a bubble tea here and none of the staff served me. They didn’t even ask if I could wait. Instead they stood there carrying on with other things, ignoring me. The drink turned out way too sweet, I do not recommend.

Ordered items worth more than RM60. Then someone else took my drinks from the counter. I made a complaint. The staff and manager won't do anything. Complained to Tealive HQ, they said the order is "Completed" so they won't do anything. Really disappointed in you, Tealive. Shame on you.
