I ordered the Signature coco. OMG. Taste horrible. The milo ice from mamak shop taste so much better than this. The coco drink is almost RM10 and taste like plain water. Not enough coco powder and not sweet at all. I request for less ice and u gave me full ice. Totally nonsense. Shame on you Tealive!

The service of the Malay staff was really bad. Instead of preparing my order for one drink only, she continue to take order for others Guest. (there are no more guest before me) Its totally fine, understand that she is alone at that time. I then went to the shop next to Tealive about 5mins. When Im back, She is busy preparing 6 drinks at her preparation station but my order was not ready yet. I asked her about my order. She didn't answer a single word and continue to prepare her drinks. She then give all the drinks to the Guests who ordered after me then seal the last cup of tea and gave it to me. Great, spending 15mins to wait for one drink When there was no Guest who ordered before me.
