Staff was not friendly with angry face as we reach store by 10am Morning punctually & she do not manage to serve us. Shop still in a close condition although the shop opening time was 10am.

Staff untrained ? Please add more trained staffs, clearly with 2 person they are struggling and taking wrong orders and I guess referring to the menu. Never seen a Tealive branch that bad. Idk why they charge 12.90 for 10.50 drink. Scam or wrongly key in ? When I ask they act don’t know.
