No accountability at all!! Staff can claim that they give me the receipt but later found out they did not. No apologies whatsoever. I just paid at around 9:39 pm and at 9:50 pm they cant even extend courtesy to re-print and need to check CCTV. Stupid reasoning of staff at that timing.
